Uniforms
We rethink the uniform as a true fashion piece that reflects your concept. Every detail matters: tailored cuts, carefully chosen fabrics, impeccable finishes. Our designs meet the demands of the hospitality industry by combining style and function. More than a garment — it’s an attitude. More than a uniform — it’s an identity.

All designs are imagined in Paris, where our creatives craft each piece with precision and flair. Production takes place entirely in Portugal, in workshops renowned for their craftsmanship and ethical standards.

All our fabrics are carefully selected to meet OEKO-TEX, ORGANIC, and GOTS standards, ensuring more sustainable and environmentally respectful fashion. CSR is at the heart of our vision.
Equipe
In 2016, José launched Pandamaki after realizing how uninspired and generic corporate wear had become. His ambition? Turn uniforms and merchandising into true fashion pieces. Say goodbye to shapeless cuts and soulless design — he brings a ready-to-wear mindset, using moodboards, premium fabrics, and artisanal savoir-faire. His creations come to life in carefully chosen Portuguese ateliers — a nod to his roots. His style blends Japanese precision, Scandinavian functionality, and a hint of preppy chic, a legacy from his time at Tigersushi Furs, the fashion arm of the electro label Tigersushi. This vision has shaped Pandamaki’s collaborations with renowned venues such as Folie in London, Moon and Bambini in Paris, and the now-iconic Suze Christmas sweater.
